The clients have just moved to the property and are looking to refurbish the existing dwelling and extend to enable their extended families to live together.

The refurbishment work will include general painting, decorating and modernisation throughout the existing interior space and the introduction of some new openings to allow for more light ingress as the interior is currently very dark throughout. The extension will include a new kitchen, dining and living space on the ground floor with a better connection to the garden to the south and additional bedrooms at the first-floor level.
