I Worked closely with a team of local construction workers, electricians ,plumbers, carpenters and other professionals such as surveyors and civil engineers. I was in charge of producing drawings and specifications for construction.

 

 Identifying customer requirements and attending meetings on site.

 

 Coordinating technicians and crafts people

 

 Assessing the impact that building have on the local environment.

 

 Ensuring that the building projects were completed within budget and schedule.

 

Liaising with local authorities and regulatory bodies : building regulations, writing design and technical reports.

 

 An understanding of all aspects of the design and procurement process.

 

Responsible for specifying the nature and quality of materials required and how they despond in the ensemble of the building.
